B's Bistro at 2457 South Church Street, Burlington, North Carolina.

I highly recommend B's. My wife and I have been coming here on a weekly basis for over a year now. The service is good and the relaxed atmosphere borders on "casual elegance". I think the food is best described as upscale bar food: pasta, homemade soups and salads, gourmet pizzas, burgers, seafood, fish-n-chips, etc. The wine selection is good and the beer selection is reasonable (check out Top Brews down the street if you're into quality beer). All in all it's well worth a visit.
